LAKE FISH AND COOKING THAT LOOKS TOWARDS THE ISLAND
The Imbarcadero restaurant is on the western bank of Lake Orta, less well-known than the eastern one, but no less charming. There are breath-taking views to be had from this restaurant with the island of San Giulio and Orta in the distance, the Mottarone a little further on. The cooking is done by Massimiliano Ianni, owner and chef who is creative without bordering on extremism and focuses on the area offering fish, risottos and pasta, fish, while using ingredients from all over Italy.

Inauguration of Villa Nigra exhibitions
This Saturday, September 23rd, two new Asilo Bianco exhibitions will be inaugurated in the marvelous Villa Nigra in Miasino (NO, Lake Orta): L’altra pelle, a solo exhibition by Valerio Tedeschi, and Wild Matrix of La Tana dei Lupi Gentili – Irene Lupia and Giulia Gentilcore.
