Gustamante

Gustamante is Gianluca Corradino, Chef-Owner of the eponymous restaurant. Originally a delicatessen and artisanal pottery shop, it’s now also a restaurant serving traditional Piedmontese cuisine in Novara. Gianluca Corradino, born in 1968, has been a restaurant entrepreneur since 1992, having opened several restaurants in the past. Today, I offer the experience gained over the years in my authorized food workshop. A few places offer local cuisine, with dishes primarily from Piedmont and Lombardy.
