After the success of the first edition, “Visions of a possible future” returns to the Sacro Monte di Orta from October 1 to October 4, 2026, in a special edition that fits into the celebrations for the 800 years since the death of St. Francis of Assisi, to which the Sacred Mount is dedicated.

ON THE WAY TOGETHER FOR PEACE. FROM THE CONVENT OF MOUNT MESMA TO THE SACRED MOUNTAIN OF ORTA
Meeting at 9.30 am in the square of the Convent of Mount Mesma. Departure at 10.00 and walk on a path suitable for everyone on roads and paths between the Mesma and the Sacred Mount with a final moment of deepening at 12.00 “Peace as a possible horizon. Ideas for being active in change.
Participants will be guided by walkers from the Sportway and Friends of Santiago association on a journey of about an hour. Recommended booking for organizational and security reasons. Free Membership
